Raleigh Property Transformations  
Raleigh Property Transformations is a family run business that refurbishes properties into beautiful homes. The company manages projects from design, planning right through to the restoration giving the customer a professional but personal package.

Luke Denno, Managing Director, realised he had grown the business so successfully to the extent that to he had less time to continue dealing with the administration side of the business. He wanted to devote more time project managing and was struggling to keep on top of the paperwork.

Luke decided he needed assistance to enable him to maintain the success of the business. After an initial free consultation, Sue provided Luke with ideas on how to streamline his accounts and administration which would increase efficiency and profitability.
  On commencement of engagement, Sue introduced SAGE Accounts and Payroll to enhance the accounting procedure. Once the backlog of paperwork and year end had been dealt with by Sue, all financial information was available for Luke to quickly access as required. The CIS and VAT returns are now carried out on time avoiding fines and interest charges. Sue also produces Management Reports to enable Luke to make decisions about his business and keep a tight reign on project expenditure. Efficiency was improved with a new easy accessible filing system put in place, giving Luke the tools he needed when managing a project.

Sharp Business Solutions has introduced a streamline administration function and visits Raleigh twice a month to deal with the accounts and payroll. Luke no longer has to worry about keeping his books up to date leaving him to concentrate on growing his business and giving his customers his full attention of management control of their projects.
